The lean startup by Eric Reese was one of the first books that I've read which gave me the confidence to start my online business. It taught me the concept of "minimal viable product" and has helped me find out the right market or Dofody. We are still following this methodology, testing and tweaking changes based on our cusotmer's needs and demands.
