Making the Website High Contrast for Visually Impaired Audience

Visually Impaired persons don't use screen readers to browse the web. They use colour inversion or zoom and magnifiers. One of the best ways to make a website accessible for visually impaired persons (VIP) is to make the colors high contrast.
