One of the major problems faced by blind people is the inability to socialize with other people. Blind and visually impaired persons cannot identify persons, or interact with objects in their surroundings and so they never go to a party! Hey guys, I'm Prasoon. Today, I'll be talking about Microsoft's latest assistive technology for the blind called "People Lens". It's a wearable device that takes photographs of the blind person's surroundings. These photographs are then transmitted to a cloud computer which uses machine learning, deep learning, and other technology to decode the photographs and convert them into simple descriptive words which are then transmitted back to the blind user.

So, you'll be able to identify the person, by name, whether they are sitting, standing, or smiling at you, and even recognize the objects in your surroundings, helping you to be more independent. When you become more independent, you can focus more on meeting new people, networking, and building your business.
